Jason Hotel Apartments - Rethymno (Crete)

This place offers air-conditioned apartments with nice balconies, sea views, and provided fresh towels.

Very pleasant staff, perfect views over the Marina, everything is very good. The rooms are air-conditioned and the bathrooms are reasonably spacious. The location is amazing and fantastic and the food is delicious. No reason to complain, thank you for a very lovely stay.

Location is very conveniet, because the hotel is near the sea, not far from downtown. Excellent staff as well.

Very spacious rooms. Easy access to municipal garden and other tourist spots. Old Town Rethymno district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting...

The atmosphere here is calm, the rooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds, and smoke detectors.

Great sized 2 bedroom unit for a great price. Location close to the old town and staff were super helpful. Great pool area.

The staff was helpfull. The location of the apartments are near the port so it is good and convinient. We book a studio and as they have availability they gave us a bigger apartment. La gente de recepcion fue muy amable. La situacion de los apartamentos es muy conveniente ya que esta cerca del puerto.

The hairdryer was completly broken and the courtain of the shower too. For the price and value the breakfast should be included. El secador del pelo y la mampara del baño estaban rotas. Por el precio de los apartamentos el desayuno debería estar incluido.

The staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly. The apartments were extremely clean, large and comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked like one of the cleanest I've ever seen. There is a quirky lift where you go in one door and come out another! Internet in the rooms was 1 euro per 24 hours (if it's this cheap, why not make it free?). It's only about 5-10 mins walk to the old town, but there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops, and the beach, right by the hotel.

There is quite a lot of traffic noise, at least in the side of the building we were staying in, and around the pool area, so it's not very relaxing.

The room was air-conditioned, clean, with a super cozy bed, and had a great view of the sea, and the walk-in shower was spotless.

The hotel has a very good location, the personnel is very kind and helpful and we've enjoyed a lot our staying there.Very close to the beautiful Rethymno beach, and not so many steps from the shopping area and the old Venetian side of town. Definitely, a place to visit again (as the whole island of Crete, actually...).

Lack of a nearby parking lot, maybe. We were really lucky in the afternoon/evening to find a parking place but, hello, what's perfect then?

Extremely welcoming and pro active staff. Very good internet connection in the room. Big pool. We just stopped by for two night, and felt at home.

The breakfast was fair, but given the overall excellent prestation, we could have expected fresh orange juice and more bread choice. Also, you might want to cut the theme from zorbas in the elevator ! Still, highly recommanded !
